I used Astro v5.8.0 hosted on GitHub. Throughout my website, I use remark-math.js 6.0.0 with rehype-mathjax/chtml.js 7.1.0 for rendering math expressions at compile time, ECharts.js for interactive plots, and rehype-citation.js 2.3.1 along with remark-gfm.js 4.0.1 for citations.
